Pay Rate:$35/hr on W2

We are looking for an Event Staff to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.

Job description
Assist event planners by providing hospitality, logistical support, and guest services for events. Responsibilities include managing ticketing, seating, registration, and distributing materials or signage. Ensure event setup, including AV, food, and physical arrangements. Staff welcome desks, assist guest speakers, and ensure materials are ready for use. Maintain organization, communication with the event coordinator, and professionalism throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ticketing, seating, and event registration.
• Prepare and distribute print and electronic materials or signage.
• Set up and oversee AV, food, beverage, and physical event spaces.
• Staff welcome or information desks for guest services.
• Assist guest speakers and presenters with materials and setup needs.
• Ensure events run smoothly by following schedules and staying organized.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional interaction with guests.
• Punctuality, professional appearance, and ability to follow directions.
• Prior event support experience in business, nonprofit, or academic settings preferred.
