• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for concrete frame construction projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project evaluations.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine project requirements.
\n
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
\n
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
\n
• Assist in preparing and submitting bids and proposals to potential clients.
\n
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

A successful Estimator should have:\n

• Experience in estimating within the construction industry, particularly concrete frame projects.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
\n
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
\n
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
