Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join a global leader in air cargo logistics and become a key player in ground handling operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring the smooth distribution and loading of cargo containers.

Responsibilities

• Sort, repack, and move cargo containers for distribution and loading.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Assemble and break down boxes for efficient handling.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift 30-70 pounds.
• Capability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory and operations is a plus.
• Must wear steel-toed boots that cover the ankle.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse at the airport, with a 24-hour operation cycle. Candidates should be open to various shifts, mainly early mornings to late evenings. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, and overtime opportunities are available. Compliance with TSA/Homeland Security and non-DOT drug screening is mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
