Six Flags America is looking for skilled and experienced individuals to join our award-winning Entertainment Team as a Singer/Dancer. Singers/Dancers engage and entertain all park guests through performance in shows and meet & greets.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

    \n
  • AUDITION REQUIRED
  • \n
  • Perform choreographed routines in accordance with Company and Brand guidelines.
  • \n
  • Meet and greet all park patrons throughout all operating days.
  • \n
  • Make appearances at special park functions.
  • \n
  • Assist in costume maintenance and repair.
  • \n
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety.
  • \n
  • Be a reliable member of the team. This includes always arriving to work on time and for your scheduled shift.
  • \n
  • Escort and assist costumed characters around the park.
  • \n
  • Requires keeping your work location and the park clean and sanitary for all guests and team members.
  • \n
  • Any job related functions as required by department.
  • \n
  • Occasionally serve as an usher for other entertainment venues in the park.
  • \n
  • Maintain professional standards in accordance with all Six Flags policies
  • \n
  • Other duties as assigned
  • \n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Successfully pass an audition.
  • \n
  • Must be able to stand for long extended periods of time in varied weather conditions, including heat and rain.
  • \n
  • Must be able to perform in an enclosed costume, having limited sight lines.
  • \n
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • \n
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • \n
  • Height and weight requirements for proper fit in costumes.
  • \n
  • Have a good attitude, good appearance, and participate as a member of the team.
  • \n
  • Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
  • \n
  • Must have the ability to walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
