Engineers required for the entire UK reg ion .

We are seeking Energy Storage Field Service Engineers to join our UK team who can ensure the safety and adherence to regulations in the implementation operation and aftersales field service maintenance work of energy storage systems across the country. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support troubleshooting maintenance and warranty repair services along with commissioning activities to our customers. This role is responsible for reporting to the UK ESS Aftersales Manager.

Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers helping them address energy storage systemrelated issues answer questions and offer guidance on proper system usage and maintenance.
2. Onsite Visit: Schedule and conduct onsite visits to customers locations to diagnose energy storage systemrelated problems or issues.
3. System Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot issues with energy storage systems identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
4. System Repairs: Perform necessary repairs or replacements of system components as needed to ensure optimal performance. Investigate
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed job logs of customer interactions service reports and systemrelated issues to track and analyse recurring problems and suggest improvements.
6. Customer Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication with customers keeping them informed about service timelines and progress.
7. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers about their experiences with our energy storage systems and services and communicate this feedback to relevant teams for continuous product improvement.
8. Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all service visits ensuring a safe work environment for both customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• University degree or above major in Electrical Electronics Automation is preferred.
• Proven experience in providing technical support or onsite engineering services preferably in the new energy industry.
• A current full clean UK driving license (manual license).
• Experience in fire engineering or related discipline role. Certificate in Fire Emergency and Security Systems (FESS).
• CSCS card is also required to work on site.
• Customer service orientated. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• This role involves travelling to different sites which have been categorised regionally but the occasional overnight stay may be required.
