Doorman
GOLDLEAF is seeking a Full-time Doorman role at our luxury medical cannabis dispensary located in Annapolis. This position is first and foremost a customer service-oriented Doorman position. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
Man the front door at all times and open the door for every single patient coming and going from the dispensary.
Escort patients/guests to and from their vehicles when necessary.
Assist with any security concerns.
Patrol building and parking lot as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Interact with the public in a professional manner when providing assistance, giving directions and responding to inquiries.
Assist with customer disputes, intoxicated subjects, criminal matters.
Resolve complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer to management
Notify supervisor, manager of any unusual events, incidents or crimes
Assist in response to medical or fire emergencies, such as sick or injured guests.
Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to stand for (8+) hours at a time.
Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to patients and guests.
Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Valid Driver's License Required.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must be 21 years old or older.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
