The successful candidate will play a crucial role in production leadership. This includes growing and driving business forward with proven success in KPIs. The ideal candidate should be a process-driven coach and player; Someone who leads by example and loves being on the floor.

Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day operational management.
• Scale operations to drive efficiencies.
• Build, coach, inspire, and lead production teams; foster buy-in and process improvement across the workforce.
• Execute on existing strategic initiatives while bringing a high manufacturing/production acumen, high-energy approach to process, documentation, coaching, and practical problem solving.
• Champion operational discipline: standard operating procedures, effective workflow, and a relentless pursuit of results.
• Direct, hands-on involvement with production equipment with the ability to adapt and optimize production flow and automation as needed.
• Partner with a leadership team committed to growth.
• Act as a player/coach for production floor leadership – present, visible, and active in developing talent and solving problems.
