Role Description This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Jacksonville, FL, with one day a week of working from home acceptable. The Director of Clinical Excellence is tasked with supporting and mentoring BCBAs, Lead RBTs, and RBTs through weekly meetings, monthly competencies, group supervisions, ongoing trainings and quarterly professional development events. This role also participates in leadership meetings and helps shape our clinical vision as we grow into new markets. Qualifications Master’s Degree in related field and active certification as a BCBA Has at least 3 years of clinical experience as a BCBA and 1+ years of leadership experience. Enjoys coaching and developing clinicians through feedback, modeling, and collaboration. Understands how to balance quality, compliance, and efficiency within a growing practice. Experienced in leading within accountability-based cultures informed by OBM, Reality-Based Leadership, and EOS, and able to translate those values into daily clinical practice and team development.
