This job is responsible for influencing executivelevel decisionmaking and establishing overall business expansion strategies with significant impact on PayPal's success. The incumbent identifies and executes strategic initiatives that drive growth, analyzes market trends, and collaborates with crossfunctional teams. They monitor and assess the impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with PayPal's objectives.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $169,500 to $291,500.
