Description:
We are seeking Direct Care Specialist in several of our positions to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support to the children.
Direct Care Specialist – Sunday to Thursday
$19- $20 per hour
Sunday – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (14 hrs.)
Monday – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (8 hrs.)
Tuesday – 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (7 hrs.)
Wednesday – 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM (5.5 hrs.)
Thursday – 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM (5.5 hrs.)
Direct Care Specialist – Tuesday to Saturday
$19- $20 per hour
Tuesday – 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM (5.5 hrs.)
Wednesday – 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (7.0 hrs.)
Thursday – 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (7.0 hrs.)
Friday – 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM (6.5 hrs.)
Saturday – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (14.0 hrs.)
Direct Care Specialist Fri-Sun (4 DAYS OFF)
$19- $20 per hour
Friday – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (8.0 hrs.)
Saturday – 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (16.0 hrs.)
Sunday – 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (16.0 hrs.)
Sun-Thur Overnight
$14.70/hr (40.0 hrs.) & O.T. $22.05/hr (6.0 hrs.)
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (10 hrs.)
Wednesday & Thursday – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (8 hrs.)
Fri-Tues Overnight
$14.70/hr (40.0 hrs.) & O.T. $22.05/hr (5.5 hrs.)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (8 hrs.)
Monday – 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM (13.5 hrs.)
Tuesday – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (8 hrs.)
Wed- Sat Overnight (3 days off)
$18 per hour
Wednesday 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (10hrs.)
Thursday 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (10hrs.)
Friday 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (10hrs.)
Saturday 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (10hrs.)

- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
