We’re Looking For:

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager of Dealer Sales Operations, the Dealer Sales Operations Program Manager drives growth through lead generation, program leadership, analytical expertise, sales and operations support, and training to the assigned Dealer Sales Program. This role requires a confident, collaborative, and resourceful self-starter who is comfortable operating independently. The ideal candidate listens before solving, maintains a big-picture mindset, and balances multiple workstreams.

You Will:

Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Proactively develop and implement growth strategies to expand the program's reach and impact within the market.

  • Ensure program’s success by providing valuable insights into what's working well and where improvements are needed by leveraging a data-driven approach through monitoring performance across key metrics 

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight for the assigned Dealer Sales Program.

  • Strategize with sales leadership to turn creative ideas into actionable, scalable programs that encourage ongoing innovation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, by actively listening to and understanding their needs prior to recommending solutions.

  • Maintain alignment between program initiatives and broader business goals.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

  • Prioritize work based on impact and risk, focusing on high-value outcomes.

  • Manage multiple workstreams, shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Demonstrate confidence and curiosity by proactively identifying and solving problems—even in ambiguous situations.

  • Identify and advocate for synergies across teams to promote collaboration and shared success.

Sales Operations & Program Execution

  • Facilitate rollouts and launches of new initiatives, processes, or technologies in partnership with assigned Sales leaders, ensuring clear communication, smooth implementation and adoption.

  • Maintain sales territories, account assignments, and CRM alignment to support program effectiveness.

  • Support day-to-day CRM effectiveness to maximize productivity and align with Sales Leader’s objectives.

  • Understand and maintain a “day in the life” of the assigned sales team to anticipate impact of operational changes and support evolving needs.

  • Tackle a variety of tasks—big and small—including routine but necessary work like data scrubbing, field matching, and system updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members aligning on shared objectives and support cross-program initiatives.

Training, Enablement & Support

  • Develop and deliver training to ensure sales teams understand tools, systems, policies, and processes.

  • Create supporting materials such as reference documents, presentations, and job aids.

  • Manage the assigned program’s communication plan and support technology or process rollouts.

  • Ensure new hires receive required licenses and equipment; support onboarding in partnership with Sales Leaders and other internal teams.

  • Deliver responsive user support by triaging requests, escalating issues, and keeping users informed.

  • Take pride in reliable day-to-day execution, recognizing that strong foundational support enables long-term strategic success.

  • Contribute to team-wide communications and sales enablement conferences.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and build dashboards and reports to track sales performance, engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable executive summaries.

  • Monitor data integrity across systems and escalate inconsistencies appropriately.

  • Identify and validate alternate data sources when needed.

  • Generate ad hoc and recurring reporting for Sales Leaders.

 

Must Have’s:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and ability to manage data within CRM systems.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, DOMO, or Google Sheets.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-first mindset and ability to deliver both strategic and frontline impact.

  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently once trained.

  • Comfortable with both high-visibility projects and routine operational tasks.

  • Ability to travel up to 2-5 times per year.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00
