Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in processing donor information efficiently and accurately during a high-volume campaign period. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical organizational initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Input donor contributions into the database with precision and attention to detail.
• Verify the accuracy of pledge information, including donation amounts and donor details.
• Ensure timely data entry to support high-volume donor campaigns.
• Prepare and organize donor mailings, including folding and stuffing thank-you letters.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and process donor data effectively.
• Maintain organized records and files for all donor-related information.
• Provide support in email correspondence related to donor inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all data entry tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Adhere to company standards and procedures for data management.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the campaign.
