We are seeking Full time (4 days a week) OR Weekend only Dispatchers for a company in the North Austin , Area.

$16/hr

Temp to Perm

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

• 4 day- 10 hours shift

Qualifications:

• Must have availability open from 6am-10pm
• Must be able to train -Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (hours may vary)
• Full time / Temp to perm position
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be proficient with inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service agents can put themselves in the customers shoes and problem solving comes naturally.
• Dispatches roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to service providers using a variety of communication channels
• Answering inbound phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
• Escalates service issues, concerns, complaints and incorrectly created calls
• Meet daily and monthly performance objectives as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedure

Must be able to pass a minimum of 30 WPM. typing test, background and drug screen.
