What Awaits You:

Imagine a role where each day is an adventure, helping clients with settlement offers, payment plans, and shielding them from IRS audits! As a Client Care Representative , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and your career.

• Client Advocate: Serve as the main point of contact, assisting clients with their tax issues and documentation.
• Communication Pro: Handle client interactions via phone and email, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
• Case Manager: Manage a caseload of resolution and tax prep files, providing timely follow-ups and support.
• Goal Oriented: Aim for at least 15 case closures per month and maintain a minimum of 2 hours of talk time daily (3-4 hours preferred).
  

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience: Background in call center roles, especially in Debt Settlement, Tax Relief, Student Loan, or similar fields.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive Attitude: Enjoy a fun workspace filled with good music to boost productivity.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year as a Case Manager is a plus, but not required. No experience? No problem—we provide paid training! We encourage you to apply.
