[Job ID: 1021283] We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Customer Relations Officer to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth, personalized experience for every customer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating memorable interactions. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers warmly, using their name and offering refreshments. Provide pre-treatment guidance and explain upcoming services clearly and confidently. Manage daily treatment schedules, ensuring alignment between customer appointments and staff availability. Confirm and communicate future appointments; ensure all plans are correctly reflected in the system. Accurately input sales, invoices, customer data, and treatment plans; ensure customers sign all relevant documents. Maintain accurate records of products/packages offered and delivered. Oversee front-desk operations including cashier duties and appointment scheduling. Monitor shop cleanliness and ensure all tools, equipment, and supplies are well-stocked and available. Support inventory management and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across staff. Identify and report any deviations from SOPs or customer commitments. Assist in onboarding and training new staff in SOPs and customer service protocols. Handle customer concerns or special requests with professionalism and care. Perform other tasks as required by the Customer Relations Manager. Requirements: Minimum 2 years in customer service or customer relations in the beauty industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Confident in handling sensitive situations and difficult conversations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and retail shifts.
