We are looking for a custodian to join our team!

You will be responsible of taking care of our building by performing cleaning and maintenance duties. You are dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a building and its grounds. You are a trustworthy and loyal individual that is able to complete your work without direct supervision. Must be willing to work late nights.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
• Applying liners to trash cans and putting them in their proper location
• Disinfecting and rinsing kitchen floor mats

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift and move over 30 pounds
• General knowledge of different cleaning products and tools
• Time-management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Late night availability required
