A Critical Care Hospital near Durham, NC is seeking a well-rounded Respiratory Therapist to join their team! $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay: CRT $24.00 - $41.50/hour (contingent on experience) |  RRT $30.00 - $49.00/hour (contingent on experience)

Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Direct Hire Position
  
• Schedule: 3/12 hour Night shifts (few Day shifts available)
  
• Setting: Critical Care Hospital
  
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid through 3 years)
  
• Shift Differentials: $3.00-Nights, $3.00-Weekends (stackable)
  

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates strong oral communication skills and manual dexterity to effectively operate and assemble equipment
  
• Possesses excellent visual acuity and the physical stamina to stand, walk, and move patients for extended periods
  
• Capable of positioning patients and maneuvering heavy equipment to their bedsides with precision and care
  
• Understands and adheres to safety protocols when handling potentially infectious materials, including blood, skin, eye, and mucous membrane exposure
  

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

• RRT - National Board For Respiratory Care or CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist
  
• BLS certification
  
• Graduate of Respiratory Care Program
  
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience

• 1-2 hours from Durham, 1 hour from Raleigh, and 2 hours from Charlotte
