Job Description

Interested in start-up work and culture? We are currently seeking smart and talented young professionals to join our Corporate Operations Rotational Program (CORP). The Ally Behavior Centers CORP is a selective, high-potential program in which participants complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office over a 6-month period . After finishing all rotations, CORP participants will be evaluated based on performance, and placed in a final department for permanent assignment .

Who We Are: Ally Behavior is a dynamic, fun, and rewarding place to work that offers superior growth and leadership opportunities in a supportive, engaging environment. We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our team in an administrative role to support Corporate Operations across multiple departments. Our team members are expected to be leaders in the community, ensure our high-quality standards are met, and foster an exceptional work environment. CORP participants are expected to fulfill tasks and duties as assigned. CORP is the ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into start-up healthcare operations and administration. We have a unique and collaborative start-up culture that is driven by our diverse team of professionals and our core values of Serving Others, Treatment Excellence, All One Ally, Resourceful in Finding Solutions, and Striving to Grow.

The right candidate will have extremely strong attention to detail in addition to being professional, energetic, organized and driven. You don't mind wearing different hats and take the initiative to get things done. We will train you on the specific job responsibilities, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. We are looking for a smart and talented person who wants to be part of an elite, fast growing organization. Most importantly, we are a fun, young company. We NEED fun, engaged, and energetic individuals to continue building our exceptional culture as we expand. Make sure your cover letter reflects this!

Must Do's:

Please include a short, personalized cover letter so we can get to know you better and understand why you believe you will be a good fit for our team! Applications submitted without a cover letter will not be considered . Please, do not call our busy centers.

We are a successful company with a start-up mentality. We hire the smartest, hardest-working people that we can and take pride in our culture. If you are looking to push paper and do the minimums, this isn't a good fit for you. We have high expectations, and we reward results. Our company is mission-driven and growing every day. The right candidate is excited by challenges and will thrive in our exciting, fast-paced culture.

Leadership Development & Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office (Enrollment & Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, Insurance & Revenue Cycle, and Center Operations Management)
  • Each rotation will consist of one unique, primary project that will help move the company forward. Final projects must be presented at the end of each rotation
  • Completing shadowing checklists for all core responsibilities in each department
  • Completing other administrative duties and tasks as assigned
  • Gain a foundation for future success in business in an entrepreneurial, non-bureaucratic environment
  • Explore various career interests within the corporate realm and identifying where you thrive
  • Enhance your business management skills under direct mentorship from senior leadership

Skill Sets & Ideal Qualifications:

  • Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person looking to break into the healthcare industry and is comfortable wearing different hats!
  • You've finished your Bachelor's and did well in school. What you studied isn't all that important to us. Maybe it's healthcare administration, maybe it's basket weaving.
  • You are compassionate and have a high EQ - we work with families who have children with developmental delays. You take pride in excellent customer service and patient experience.
  • You have varied interests and passions that you can dive deeply into. Maybe you love Russian Literature, minored in it in school, and are part of a local book club with some like-minded friends.
  • You like to work really hard and aren't just collecting a paycheck and letting the time pass. Excellent performance and building something special is what you find most fulfilling in life. If you have a project on your plate, you won't stop because it's 5pm.
  • You are self-motivated and want to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission.
  • Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills. This should shine through in your cover letter - show us your style and professionalism.
  • Must be able to pass federal, state, and county background checks.

What You Will Gain By Joining Our Team:

  • Salaried, full-time position with salary beginning at $60,000
  • Guaranteed bi-weekly paycheck
  • Company-sponsored DashPass
  • 18 days of paid time off
  • 9 paid holidays (5 set days + 4 "floating" holidays)
  • Medical +HSA, Dental, and Vision coverage through Cigna
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Short-Term Disability (100% Employer-Paid)
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Term-Life/AD&D Insurance, Critical Illness with Cancer Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Pet Insurance
  • Tuition Assistance eligibility at 6-month benchmark

Note: This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
