Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Installer's to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various products and systems according to specifications and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing heavy lifting, and utilizing hand tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
• Measure, cut, trim, and prepare materials for assembly.
• Operate equipment such as man lifts, scaffolding and pole jack systems.
• Perform installations of products with precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect the finished product to ensure specified standards and quality.
• Conduct heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment.
• Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Communicate installation issues and provide solutions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, maintenance person services, or related fields.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Ability to manage time and priorities and use materials efficiently.
• Patience, dependability, and accuracy.
