Job Description

Our client, a plumbing, heating and a/c contractor in Winona MN is seeking a Piping Project Manager to join their team. As a Piping Project Manager you will be part of the Project Management Team supporting Sr. Project Manager and projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent, some estimating and/or piping experience and great computer & organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Piping Project Manager
Location: Winona, MN
Pay Rate: $55K + D.O.E.

What’s the Job?

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing plumbing and piping installations, a ssisting with submittals, RFI’s, change orders and document control.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track projects progress, budgets, and material orders, p articipate in site walks, safety meetings and client updates

What’s Needed?

• Recent graduate in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, communication and computer skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry
• Familiarity with construction drawings or AutoCAD is a plus
