Location: San Diego, CA (92127) – Office-based, not public-facing
Are you a comic fan looking for a fun way to make money while gaining sales and live streaming experience? The Blue Chip Comic is looking for a Comic Sales & Streaming Show Assistant to join our office team! This is an entry-level role perfect for college students, recent high school grads, or anyone with a love for comics and extra time to work in a laid-back office environment (mostly dudes, mostly fun).
What You’ll Do
Research and price comic books for online sales using platforms like eBay and KeyCollector
Prepare comics for daily live streaming shows to sell to collectors
Bag, board, and organize comics for shows and shipping
Interact with customers in live chat and respond to inbox inquiries
Create comic bundles and handle shipping of sold items
Help with booth setup, sales, and teardown at Comic Cons
✅ Who We’re Looking For
High School Diploma required; College students or graduates encouraged
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using iOS devices and hosting/assisting with live streams
Highly organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Interest in comics is a big plus (knowledge not required)
Must be able to commit extra hours when needed
Compensation & Perks
Pay: $17 per hour
