Job Description

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing facility, is seeking a CNC Operator Second Shift to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Operator Second Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator Second Shift

Location: Barronett, WI

Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000

Shift: 2nd Shift 3-1 AM, Monday-Thursday (Potential OT on Fridays)

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in machine operation, CNC preferred but not required
• Knowledge of forklift and overhead crane operation is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
