Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: HUNTSVILLE, AL

Pay Range: $22.0 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
• Understand and follow CNC programs to ensure accurate manufacturing
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify quality standards
• Apply machine shop mathematics to support manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

• Trade school training, mechanical background, or experience operating CNC machines preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Good verbal communication skills for testing and interviews
