  • Schedule meetings, prep agendas, and manage post-meeting follow-ups
  • Keep communication streamlined, timely, and professional at all times

Requirements

  • Detail-obsessed and thrive on structure
  • Love making sense of chaos and keeping things on track
  • Comfortable interfacing with both clients and internal team members professionally and proactively
  • Know how to manage up, down, and across without losing momentum
  • Can juggle many priorities without dropping the ball
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:
  • Marketing experience.
  • Experience with a consulting, MSP, or tech-focused business.

Benefits

  • HMO Coverage for eligible locations
  • Permanent work-from-home
  • Immediate hiring
