Job Description

As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. We expect all team members to arrive on time, dressed in the appropriate uniform, and to maintain high standards of personal hygiene throughout their shifts. You will receive your station assignments at the start of each shift and are responsible for performing opening and closing duties as instructed by the Manager on Duty. A thorough understanding of our policies and procedures, outlined in the RCSH Employee Training Packet, is essential for success in this role.

Duties and Expectations:

• Maintain, clean, and sanitize guest bathrooms regularly after each use.
• Sanitize all surfaces throughout the restaurant that may be touched by guests or staff, including handrails, doors, door handles, computer terminals, work areas, restrooms, and chairs.
• Be available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
