Salary: $30 - $38 per hour

Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Designer to join our team. This is an opportunity for a Civil Designer with 1-3 years of experience to be part of a growing organization that specializes in Site/Land Development.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Civil 3D software to produce high-quality designs for site/land development projects.
- Develop grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts with minimal direction.
- Conduct site investigations to ensure the proposed designs are feasible and compliant with local regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and manage land use permitting applications and processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil design with a focus on site/land development.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Proven experience in grading, site design, and land use permitting.
- Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
