Responsibilities Tutor CISSP topics online to individual students through the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform. Set your own schedule and tutor as much as you’d like; this role is remote. Be matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise; leverage tools like the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions, save prep time, and deliver effective instruction. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics. What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in CISSP and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Compensation and Benefits Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—reaching up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week, ensuring fast and reliable compensation for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Remote tutoring; no commuting required. We handle the logistics—you just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments.
