Chiropractor Charlotte NC
$80k-$85k /year plus excellent bonus structure We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for someone who is confident, has great bedside manner, feels a responsibility to help motivate, teach, and lead others to a healthier lifestyle with lots of experience conversing with patients. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is passionate about providing exceptional care to the whole family, off all ages, in a team setting, has 1-2 years of experience and has ICPA/ pediatric and Webster certifications. Roles and Responsibilities: - Perform initial exams and re-exams (HPI, medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead/seated chair, Webster, Activator/TRT , rehab and various physiotherapy treatments (no prior experience necessary for tissue scraping, cupping, laser therapy, electrical stimulation)
- Documentation and Charting (timely notes, medical correspondence)
- Work cooperatively with multidisciplinary team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met
- Weekly community involvement/marketing
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license North Carolina license
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- ICPA/ pediatric and Webster certifications preferred (or willingness to acquire)
