About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff/Estate Manager/House Manager to provide executive leadership and strategic planning for the physical and financial management of their ultra-high-net-worth residences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations and long-term preservation of the assets, overseeing all household staff, and ensuring that the properties are maintained in museum-quality condition. This role demands a proven leader with a distinguished record in luxury estate management, superior operational expertise, and the ability to deliver consistently flawless service in a highly sophisticated environment. The Chief of Staff will also be the principal point of contact between the family, staff, and third parties, and must have a deep understanding of luxury service protocols, estate preservation, and vendor management in a UHNW context. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of senior-level experience in managing luxury private estates, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be incredibly polished and professional, extremely organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with a thick skin and excellent interpersonal skills. They must be incredibly tech-savvy to create standard operating procedures for each home and ensure the seamless standardization of all processes. The role also requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, who can command respect, inspire loyalty, and drive performance. A proven ability to operate with the highest levels of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality is essential.
