Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Position Summary

Lead full-funnel marketing for a fast-growing residential home services company. Drive scalable campaigns across Google, META, and other platforms, optimize lead generation, and manage budgets and vendors to hit aggressive ROI and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns (Google PPC, LSA, SEO, META, email).
• Own lead generation, tracking cost per lead, booked jobs, and ROAS.
• Manage 7-figure ad budget and third-party vendors for maximum ROI.
• Build and track dashboards in Looker Studio, GHL, and Google Sheets.
• Ensure brand consistency and drive 5-star Google review strategies.
• Launch geo-targeted campaigns for new market expansion.

Qualifications

• 57+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in home services.
• Expertise in Google PPC, LSA, SEO, GMB, META, and email campaigns.
• Proficient in GHL, Looker Studio, Mailchimp, Zapier, and Asana.
• Proven ability to manage 7-figure ad budgets and vendor relationships.
• Data-driven, with strong communication and analytical skills.
