We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and elevate our marketing efforts.

Job Summary:

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and nurse consultants to drive business objectives through innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and vision.
• Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform decision-making.
• Oversee the budget for marketing and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to enhance the company’s brand image.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in creating and executing successful marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of digital marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance indicators.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Legal and/or healthcare, medical experience.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
