Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Onsite | Direct Hire
Are you a hands-on marketing leader ready to own both strategy and execution? Our client is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead all facets of marketing — digital, content, e-commerce, AI tools, SEO, paid media, social, email, and web.
This onsite, direct-hire role reports to the COO and offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic mix of in-house and shared resources. You’ll drive measurable results, build brand equity, and accelerate revenue growth across multiple channels.
What You’ll DoOwn and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead initiatives across digital, social, email, paid media, SEO, e-commerce, and AI-driven tools.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Web teams to boost conversions and ROI.
Oversee vendors, agencies, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.
Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
5+ years of experience leading digital marketing in high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, email, CRO, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with GA4, HubSpot, AI marketing tools, and automation systems.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
Full ownership of marketing strategy and execution.
Work onsite with a dedicated, collaborative team.
