Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Home Goods Industry
A well-established and fast-growing company in the home goods sector is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement efforts.

Role Overview:
The CMO will be responsible for driving top-line growth by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, retail, and brand channels. This executive will oversee all marketing functions, including performance marketing, creative, communications, content, PR, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and refine the brand's positioning and voice across all customer touchpoints
Lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategies
Manage omnichannel marketing efforts with a strong focus on DTC growth
Oversee campaign development, digital marketing, and social media
Drive data-informed decision-making and campaign optimization
Collaborate with executive leadership to support business goals and innovation
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
Candidate Profile:
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in home goods, lifestyle, or consumer products
Proven track record in scaling omnichannel or DTC brands
Strong blend of creative brand-building and analytical performance marketing expertise
Experience managing internal teams and external agency partners
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
