The Opportunity
We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and culture-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead the next era of Alphalete’s growth. This individual will be the architect behind our brand’s voice, storytelling, and market presence uniting creative vision, data-driven strategy, and community engagement under one cohesive direction.
The CMO will work directly with the Owner to oversee and elevate every aspect of marketing from digital and influencer strategy to creative production, brand partnerships, and product launches.
This position begins as a 90-day trial engagement, designed to ensure alignment in leadership approach, execution, and results. Upon successful completion, the role will transition into a full-time executive appointment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute Alphalete’s marketing vision — translating brand values into powerful, measurable campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Oversee all brand communications — ensuring consistency, authenticity, and emotional impact across every touchpoint.
Own campaign performance and ROI, leveraging analytics, consumer insights, and trend forecasting to refine strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all teams to align launches, storytelling, and brand experience.
Champion the Alphalete community, deepening loyalty and connection through impactful storytelling, events, and digital engagement.
Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing forward fresh, creative, and competitive ideas that strengthen brand relevance and cultural reach.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within apparel, lifestyle, or fitness industries.
Proven success in scaling a digitally native or direct-to-consumer brand.
Deep understanding of brand development, paid media, influencer and creator marketing, and community-building strategies.
Strong leadership and people development skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation abilities.
Trial Period & Transition
Initial Term: 90 days
Purpose: To assess performance, alignment with company culture, and impact on brand growth.
Outcome: Successful completion may result in a permanent Chief Marketing Officer appointment.
