About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and scale its security team, with a focus on protecting customers, employees, and partners across various systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, including experience in cloud-native systems, and a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing security teams. Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS or technology company. A deep understanding of security frameworks and standards, as well as experience in incident response, threat modeling, and risk management, is essential. The CISO will be expected to partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure security is integrated into the company's systems and processes. Excellent communication skills and a balanced, business-first mindset are also required.
