About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the strategic and operational management of the organization. This role is pivotal in driving the company's rapid growth and maintaining its reputation for high-quality services. The successful candidate will work closely with the private equity investors to execute a scalable business model, enhance profitability, and support the company's expansion through both organic growth and acquisitions. Key responsibilities include full P&L management, developing and implementing the overall business strategy, and ensuring the organization is well-positioned for a successful sale process.
The ideal CEO will have a strong background in sales, marketing, operations, and M&A integration, particularly within the residential home services sector. They must be adept at building and leading high-performing teams, as well as being actively involved in all aspects of the business. The role demands an entrepreneurial leader with a high-energy approach, capable of implementing best practices and leading from the front. The candidate should be comfortable in both the boardroom and the field, and possess the acumen to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
