Overview

Unified Women’s Healthcare is the leading national platform for women’s healthcare with over 900 affiliate practices and 2500 providers in 19 states. Our affiliate partner in New York, Square Care Medical Group, is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join Premier Women's Health in Manhasset NY. This is a great opporunity for an experienced CNM to help grow and build their Midwifery program. This will be a full scope CNM position participating in inpatient rounds, deliveries and call. Candidate must have at least one year of independent delivery experience for consideration.

Position Highlights:

• 8 physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Physician Assistant
• Practice does 40-50 deliveries per month
• 20-25 patients per day
• Clinic Schedule - 3 days in clinic
• Call is about 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
• Duties of position - full scope midwifery care

Requirements:

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• CPR and NALS Certification
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• Candidate must have at least one year of independent delivery experience
