The role of the Butcher The butcher will expertly cut, carve, and prepare various varieties of meat, fish, and poultry while continuously inspecting the product for quality. They will cut, bone, grind, weigh and wrap pieces of meat based on the specifications of the respective hotel outlets. They will work clean and in concert with all federal and state health codes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities We are seeking individuals who have numerous years of experience as a Butcher in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment. This individual must be ServSafe certified.

Schedule & Hours: Full time position
Hybrid model, candidate will be required to be in the hotel in Philadelphia at least 2 days a week
