Overview Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates. Levanta is in a period of hyper-growth, and recruiting is one of the most important things we do. We’re seeking a Contract Business Recruiter to help us find and hire outstanding talent across our Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll own the full recruiting cycle, from first outreach to offer, and work closely with hiring managers to thoughtfully shape their teams. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft effective recruiting strategies. Source and screen candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals, etc.). Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams, ensuring strong alignment and communication. Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer. Manage a full slate of Business requisitions, balancing competing priorities with strong organization. Help refine and document recruiting workflows to support scale across business functions. Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup. Proven success hiring for diverse roles in Sales, Marketing, or other business functions. Strong sourcing skills, with expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruiting tools. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and stakeholders. Data-driven approach with experience tracking metrics and improving processes. Ability to juggle multiple searches while maintaining speed and quality. Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
