Seeking a supportive culture that is quality-focused and ethically driven? Our co-founder and VP of Clinical Operations, a dedicated BCBA-D, inspires a team to offer excellent clinical care, understanding that it can only be achieved with passionate professionals who deserve quality training, support, and development throughout their career. We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs (our full-time- 30 hours per week- BCBAs average 9 clients), enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide increased supervision (15%-20% of clinical hours worked) to our behavior technicians. Applicants are invited to check our references to hear more about Journey’s culture directly from current members of our team!
What We Offer:
At Journey, training and development is not just something we do, it’s embedded in our culture and values. We believe that excellent ABA services can only be offered by a team who receives ongoing professional development and training opportunities. We offer a variety of (paid) training opportunities for our team led by our VP of Clinical Services including Journal Club and our CLASS (Clinical Leadership Assessment and Supervision Skills) Program that focuses on evidence-based approaches to common clinical questions and concerns. Our VP of Clinical Services also provides additional supervision and peer-review to our team of BCBAs. These opportunities give our team a chance to connect with one another, stay current on research in our field, and support one another as we learn and grow together as professionals. We are a collaborative team who thrives on implementing the ideas for best-practice offered by each member of our team.
