The BCBA will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and families. This role includes direct oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaboration with families and service providers, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
