Speakeasy environment in the Fort Myers Historic Entertainment district. We are currently hiring bartenders for multiple shifts and locations, plus fill in shifts for special events as needed/available. Pay is base hourly plus tips earned. Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience.

• Must have a strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, craft beers and wines.
• Strong work ethic- able to work in a fast paced environment for prolonged periods of time.
• Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
• The individual must present a professional appearance and engage guests with a polite manner. Bartenders should be able to anticipate the guest needs and should greet each guest promptly making all guests feel important all while having fun and increasing sales.
• Applicants should have extensive knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and properly handle cash and credit card transactions. Aloha knowledge is a plus.
• Applicants should be high-energy, enthusiastic individuals who have a strong sense of urgency, positive attitude and strong people skills.
• Previous professional bartending experience is a must.
