We’re looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and thrives in a fast-paced, social environment. As a bartender, you’ll be the face of our bar — crafting quality drinks, engaging with guests, and contributing to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages to company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking, wiping surfaces, and polishing glassware.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with all responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking supplies.
• Support team members during busy shifts and communicate effectively with servers and barbacks.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, seasonal cocktails, and daily specials.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a busy or upscale bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Current RSA / Alcohol Service Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
