What Youll Do

• Own the Bar Operations: Manage all aspects of the bar, from inventory control to ensuring excellent service every single shift.
• Deliver Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Make our bar the go-to destination, serving perfectly crafted cocktails, top-notch beverages, and great vibes.
• Lead an Incredible Team: Recruit, train, and inspire your team of bartenders to deliver their best every day.
• Control Costs & Maximize Results: Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and implement effective cost-control measures to boost profitability.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold industry standards for safety, cleanliness, and TABC laws.
