Luxury Automotive General Manager

$175,000 - $250,000+ a Year

A high-performing, luxury automotive dealership in the Shreveport, LA area is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead operations across all departments. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across sales, service, finance, and fixed operations
• Recruit, develop, and mentor department managers to exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals
• Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, OEM compliance, and financial performance
• Drive profitability, operational excellence, and long-term growth
• Foster a customer-first culture that aligns with the standards of a luxury automotive brand

Qualifications:

• Previous General Manager experience at a franchised dealership is required
• Luxury or highline brand experience is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage all aspects of dealership operations
• Deep knowledge of financial statements, OEM compliance, and CRM systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license and insurance
