Toyota of Santa Barbara is looking for a results-driven, customer-focused F&I Manager to join our team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs, structuring deals for clients in compliance with finance lender guidelines and dealership policy, resulting in quick funding, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell financing for vehicles, and extended service and insurance products at time of purchase
• Responsible for the attainment and gross production of Finance Department's services’ goals and objectives
• Ensure timely funding of all contracts and track aging CIT's
• Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist
• Maintain CSI at or above Company standards
• Help build and maintain positive lender relationships
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Computer proficient

Requirements

• Experience in dealership finance operations
• Valid CA Sales License
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
