About the Job

An established civil litigation defense firm with a strong presence in California and Nevada is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney for its West Los Angeles office . Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare pleadings and assist with pre-trial preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective case management.
• Work in a hybrid capacity with access to a conveniently located office in West LA.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar (required).
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures including discovery and trial preparation.
• Willing to commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90064.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check as required by law.
