About the Role
We are looking for an associate with 4–6 years of experience in corporate law , including venture capital transactions, emerging company representation, and mergers & acquisitions . Experience working with technology clients is highly valued.
Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage venture capital and corporate transactions
✅ Draft and negotiate investment agreements, corporate documents, and related contracts
✅ Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams on complex matters
✅ Mentor and support junior associates as needed
Qualifications
• 4-6 years experience in ECVC and M&A transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, sophisticated transactions
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player
