Job Description

As an Assistant Teacher, you will:

• Make every day an adventure in learning by implementing an age-specific curriculum focusing on the whole child.
• Create fun, out-of-the-box learning moments that children will remember for years.
• Build relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
• Uphold rules and regulations regarding children's care, health, and safety.
• Coach and mentor other assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
• Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building positive co-worker relationships.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience We Are Looking For:

• 2 years of prior experience in childcare
• High School Diploma
• Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Classroom management skills
