Summary: Develop and retain a database of qualified Asian-gaming guests through targeted sales and marketing efforts; including prospecting, promotions and special events.

Essential Functions:

• Works closely with the Director of Asian Gaming to create and execute specialized programs geared to drive revenue for Asian guests.
• Develops new players, maintains existing players and services all VIP level casino guests.
• Maintains an individual database of qualified players.
• Through telemarketing efforts promotes and cultivates business keeping the Stratosphere top of mind with guests.
• Meets quarterly goals, including those pertaining to revenue, filling special events, and telemarketing efforts.
• Meets and greets guests on the casino floor.
• Proactively responds to targeted guest needs by arranging rooms, dinner reservations, show tickets, and transportation on and or off property.
• Completes administrative duties for department transactions.
• Hosts off-site events and promotional parties to maintain customer loyalty and obtain new business.
• Makes decisions regarding player comps and other incentives within department guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Host experience in Asian Gaming
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; both spoken and written form.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Chinese (Mandarin and or Cantonese) or Vietnamese.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have all documents required for work eligibility in the United States.

•Work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

•May be required to work long hours on varied shifts.
•Minimal traveling may be required.
